Digital Media Specialist
Position Overview
This is a temporary full-time position (maternity leave cover) starting in January or February 2026, and running until the end of 2026, with a strong possibility of continuing as a permanent role afterward.
As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns, with a complementary focus on Google Ads for our clients. You will work closely with our delivery team to create strategies that increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and maximize conversions.

Helsinki or Stockholm (hybrid)
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and others to meet client objectives and KPIs.
Leverage your Google Ads knowledge to create and manage search engine and display campaigns that complement social media efforts.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Stay current on paid social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure maximum effectiveness for campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and analytics, to align digital marketing strategies with client objectives.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing performance reports and strategic recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media and Google Ads.
Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance (experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus).
Experience and interest in using relevant AI tools to enhance workflow, analysis, or creative processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about digital marketing.
Certifications in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
Fluent in Finnish and English is required (Swedish, Norwegian, and/or Danish is a plus).
